I’m a board certified Physician Assistant, Vermonter, Stowe local, partner, bonus mom and owner of Ride Cycle + Strength. My career in medicine began more than a decade ago, long before aesthetics. I earned my Bachelor’s in Athletic Training at FGCU and my Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical University of South Carolina.

I spent years practicing in orthopaedics and sports medicine, caring for patients through everything from injuries and injections to surgery and recovery. That experience taught me something I carry into every appointment today: listen first, understand the person in front of you, and create a plan that is truly individualized.

In 2024, I brought that same approach into aesthetics and wellness. I’ve had the privilege of helping patients with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation, microneedling, BBL, laser treatments, PRP, and medical weight management. My focus has always been on natural results, patient safety, education, and making people feel confident in their own skin.

And now, I’m so excited to bring that experience home to Stowe, Vermont and create a space that feels personal, comfortable, and never one-size-fits-all. I have always been someone who believes that the best version of beauty is the one that still looks like you.
